The Political Slot is Channel 4’s entertaining and informative alternative to PPBs. The programme is presented by politicians from all over the UK and gives them the chance to tell a political story that illustrates a policy close to their hearts and something that the party wants the public to appreciate. It aims to raise awareness of politics as well as promote a party’s point of view.
